From May 26 to 28, 2025, the DGZfP Annual Conference will take place at the bcc Berlin - the industry meeting place for the NDT community.

The product PFINDER 860 is environmentally friendly and highly biodegradable. Following official approval, it can be discharged indirectly. Edelstahl Rosswag has successfully applied for and received the necessary approval for the indirect discharge of wash water from the relevant authorities. This eliminates the annual running costs that would otherwise have been incurred for treating the wash water.

In dye penetrant testing, test parts are usually applied with testing agents - either by spraying (often using aerosol cans), dipping or with a brush. Edelstahl Rosswag relies on application by spraying. Previously, a large number of aerosol cans were used for this, which was both cost-intensive and not very environmentally friendly.

As announced, Edelstahl Rosswag and PFINDER report on the successful completion of a joint project to optimize non-destructive dye penetrant testing, which increases both the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the process. Part 2 follows here:
