The PFINDER NDT team recently met for the NDT Team Summit 2024 in Böblingen to take part in intensive training sessions, strategic discussions and team-building activities. Led by Kersten Alward, international NDT Sales Managers Jorge Perez (Mexico), Randy Outzen (USA), Xiaoxiao Wei (Shanghai) and the local NDT team exchanged ideas to deepen product knowledge, develop sales strategies and strengthen team spirit. The summit successfully combined learning, strategy and team spirit.
PFINDER's NDT team recently gathered for the NDT Team Summit 2024, which focused on professional development and team building.
Head of Business Unit NDT, Kersten Alward, welcomed NDT Sales Managers Jorge Pérez from PFINDER Mexico, Randy Outzen from PFINDER USA and Xiaoxiao Wei from PFINDER Shanghai as well as the local NDT team from the headquarters in Böblingen, Thomas Schratt, Pantelis Savvidis, Stefan Petit and Head of R&D NDT Marco Simon with his team.
The NDT Team Summit began with in-depth training sessions aimed at deepening product knowledge and practicing technical skills. These meetings were interactive and allowed team members to interact with our experts and expand their know-how.
In addition to training sessions, the team participated in strategic discussions aimed at aligning sales strategies with the company's long-term goals. These discussions encouraged the exchange of ideas between the global sales regions and enabled an even more successful approach.
To compensate for the hard work, the NDT Team Summit offered various team-building activities such as social evenings. These activities strengthened the team spirit and morale, so that PFINDER's NDT team will tackle the next challenges with energy and motivation - whether in Europe, the USA, Mexico or China.
The NDT Team Summit was once again an extremely positive experience that combined learning, strategy and fun!
