Magnetic Particle Testing

in the PFINDER NDT Technical Centre:
The existing universal test bench is available for the most diverse testing tasks. The magnetisation is generated by a coil or by electric current passage:

Amperage: max. 1600 A (AC)
Clamping range: 0mm - 400mm
Test medium tank: 20l tank
Additional equipment in the NDT technical centre:
- additional generator with an amperage of max. 4500A (DC)

- all standard forms of UV lamps (deuterium, mercury vapour and LED lamps) in addition to blue light lamps/filters
- diverse hand-held yoke magnets
- diverse calibration/reference bodies and measuring instruments

An evaluation cabin with camera systems for the documentation of fluorescent displays or displays in white light/daylight is also available.
